1. Order Cancellation by Customers
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, customers can use the website/app or contact customer support.
2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs after dispatch, refunds will not be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Fraudulent transactions
Issues with the delivery address
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4. Perishable & Fresh Items
Orders containing perishable or fresh items (e.g., vegetables, dairy, meat) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
